Residential and commercial customers can now view and pay their SMUD bill on the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service is fast, easy and secure.

To start viewing or paying your bills online, you'll first need to set up access to your account through SMUD's Manage Your Account. Once enrolled, simply click on Pay Your Bill to access your SMUD bills.

Viewing your bill online allows you to:

• View an exact replica of your paper bill
• Receive an e-mail notification when your bill is ready to view
• View a 24-month history of your bills

Paying your bill online allows you to:

• Eliminate stamps and checks
• Pay directly using your checking account
• Schedule a one-time or automated payments for your account
